We hope everyone has a fabulous March Break!
This month, both the Grade 2's and 3's will be working on reading response and writing a summary (the main idea in a reading) in Language Arts.
Grade 2 (Strasser) will complete geometry in Math, and Water/Air in Science, and start on Traditions and Celebrations in Social Studies.
Grade 3 Students are finishing geometry and working on mulitiplication and division in math. It is important for students to practice their multiplication facts and know them up to 7x7.
**Students are asked to practice this nightly with flashcards or a deck of playing cards and time their progress.
Grade 3 will be starting The Early Settlers of Canada Unit. The link on the right has many of the topics that students will be learning.
